Managing your data

Editing what Mila knows

Your profile, style profile, closet, posts and saved looks can all be edited in the app. Your style profile is entirely optional — you can clear any field and Mila will simply stop using it.

Deleting content

You can delete your own posts, stories and messages from the app. Stories disappear on their own 24 hours after posting.

To remove a garment, open it from My Closet and choose Delete. You will be asked to confirm. The item and its photograph are both removed. Saved looks that used it keep the look and the item’s name — they simply stop linking to a wardrobe entry that no longer exists.

Deleting your account

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. You will be shown exactly what deletion removes and asked to type DELETE to confirm, so it cannot happen by a mis-tap. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

This removes your profile, your closet and its photographs, saved looks, style profile, styling history, posts, stories and reels and their media, your events, settings and notifications, and the messages you sent. Your session ends and you are returned to the sign-in screen.

Two things do not disappear, and we would rather say so than let you find out later: a conversation you were part of stays for the other person without your messages, because their half of their own thread is not yours to delete; and copies may remain in database backups for a short period, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Getting a copy of your data

Email privacy@ai-mila.com from the address on your account and we will send you a copy of the information Mila holds about you.

Reporting content or an account

If you see something that breaks our Terms, email support@ai-mila.com with a description and a screenshot if you have one. Include the username where you can.

A note on styling

Mila's suggestions are an AI stylist's opinion. She can be wrong about fit, sizing and colour, and a size she suggests is an estimate rather than a guarantee. If a look does not suit you, tell her — adjusting is part of how she works.
